BZ oil sludge treatment system

A lot of oil sludge will be produced In the process of oil drilling, crude oil refining, oil storage process. As we all know that oil has a wide range of uses and expensive; However it is also highly polluting, random discharge of oil sludge will bring great damage to the environment. With the strengthening of people's awareness of environmental protection, the treatment of oil-bearing pollutants has been widely concerned.

BZ Solids Control is a professional manufacturer of solids control equipment, the company has been committed to manufacture of solid-liquid separation equipment for many years, For oil sludge treatment problem,  BZ Solids Control developed the oil sludge treatment system after years of research.

It is mainly divided into three modules of the process of oil sludge treatment. The first is the oil sludge heating pretreatment module, the oil sludge was pumped into the premixed tank, heating, dosing and stirring treatment, reduce the viscosity of the oil sludge,  and separate out the oil wrapped on the solid particles. The premixed tank is equipped with a halver, heating line and slurry pump. The mixed oil sludge is transported to the second module by slurry pump, the second module we call it screening module. The oil sludge enters the shale shaker and  large particles  will be separated .A hot water sprinkler system can be added to facilitate screening during this process. The separated liquid sludge is transported to the third module through the slurry pump, the liquid sludge is dosed  and fully mixed in a tank, then it enters to the centrifuge and solid particles below 40UN will be separated out .The oil content of the solid  material discharged by centrifuge is below 2 percent. The liquid discharged will enter into  three-phase disc separator for oil and water separation, the separated oil will  return to the oil storage tank, the water will enter the system for next circulation.
